How To Make The Perfect Smoothie

Making the perfect Smoothie is totally easy!  Just follow the steps below and you will have a delicious and healthy drink!

1.  Pick a liquid (1 Cup or more if needed for the right consistency)

  • Almond Milk
  • Coconut Water
  • Fruit Juice
  • Water
  • Coconut Milk
  1. Choose your fruit (fresh of frozen)
  • Banana
  • Strawberries
  • Mixed Berries
  • Blueberries
  • Cherries
  • Mango
  • Pear
  • Peach
  • Avocado
  • Anything you want
  1. Choose your greens 1 big handful or ½ C. if frozen (optional)
  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • Collards
  • Swiss Chard
  1. Super charge it! Add as many as you like!
  • 1 Scoop protein powder
  • 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 TBSP Hemp seeds
  • 2 TBSP Oats
  •  1 TBSP nut butter
  • 1 TBSP PB2
  • 1 TBSP Cocoa Powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1-2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ C. nuts
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  1. Add yogurt for a more creamy, smooth drink if desired
  2. Add a Sweetener to taste (optional)
  • Honey
  • dates
  • Stevia
  • bananas           
  1. Blend it up! Blend until Smooth.  You can add ice before or after blending if desired.
