Making the perfect Smoothie is totally easy! Just follow the steps below and you will have a delicious and healthy drink!
1. Pick a liquid (1 Cup or more if needed for the right consistency)
- Almond Milk
- Coconut Water
- Fruit Juice
- Water
- Coconut Milk
- Choose your fruit (fresh of frozen)
- Banana
- Strawberries
- Mixed Berries
- Blueberries
- Cherries
- Mango
- Pear
- Peach
- Avocado
- Anything you want
- Choose your greens 1 big handful or ½ C. if frozen (optional)
- Kale
- Spinach
- Collards
- Swiss Chard
- Super charge it! Add as many as you like!
- 1 Scoop protein powder
- 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
- 1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed
- 1 TBSP Hemp seeds
- 2 TBSP Oats
- 1 TBSP nut butter
- 1 TBSP PB2
- 1 TBSP Cocoa Powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1-2 tsp Vanilla extract
- ¼ C. nuts
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Add yogurt for a more creamy, smooth drink if desired
- Add a Sweetener to taste (optional)
